Luminous nautical signaling buoys, made of polyethylene, pigmented in the specified color, additive-coated against ultraviolet rays, subject to constant variations in tide, wind and weathering and with the coloring of the structure incorporated into the resin, in accordance with the Standards in force, will have the following main characteristics:
a) Diameter of the bulge (floating body): according your requirement
b) Focal height: according your requirement
c) Total height: according your requirement
Minimum submerged height: according your requirement
e) Maximum weight (body + counterweight): according your requirement
f) Top mark coated or not with polyethylene, with shape and color according to your requirement
g) Radar reflector built into the boom or tope mark;
h) Its floating body must have 2/3 of its body filled with polyurethane foam and have two lifting eyes;
i) The material used to make the central structure must be made of high mechanical strength steel, with hot-dip galvanized treatment and cathodic protection by sacrificial anode compatible with the dimensions and estimated useful life of each buoy; and
j) Accessories such as screws, nuts, washers and reinforcements for the buoy handles (eyebolts) must be made of stainless steel or another material of equal or better quality. The central structure, anchoring lugs and lifting lugs must be structurally interconnected, thus guaranteeing the physical integrity of the nautical signal buoys during lifting/towing and positioning changes.
