Steps in the HDPE Pipe Production Process
Raw material preparation
The manufacturing processes of HDPE pipes start with selecting a good HDPE resin. This involves checking its specifications to ensure it is impurity-free.

Extrusion
For this process, prepared HDPE resin is passed through an extruder in which it melts and is compelled to flow through a die forming a continuous pipe. Next, the wall thickness and diameter of the pipe are set by the proper control of temperature and pressure inside the steel pipe.
