Performance Introduction of HDPE Dredging Pipe
1. Long service life-can be used safely for more than 50 years at rated temperature and pressure.
2. Excellent corrosion resistance-except for a few strong oxidants, resistant to various chemical media erosion; no electrochemical corrosion.
3. Excellent waer resistance performance-When converying mineral sand mud, mineral polyethylene pipe wear resistance is more then 4~8times that of steel pipes.
4. Good sanitary performace of-mineral polyethylene pipe processing without heavy metal salt stalilizer, the material is non-toxic, no scale layer.
5. Good impact resistance-mine polyethylene pipe good toughness, high impact resistance strength, weight directly over the pipe, will not lead to pipe rupture.
6. Reliable connection performace-Flange connection is more convenient and fast.
7. Good construction performace-Mineral polyethylene pipeline light, simple installation, convenient construction, low comprehensive engineering cost.
