Products Description
The dredging HDPE Pipe is made of virgin PE100 throught extrusion technology. To increase service life of the pipe, Xincheng adds carbon black, anti-UV agent and other materials into PE granules before production. The advantages of dredging HDPE pipes are as follows:
1. Dredging HDPE Pipe is light weight, only one eighth of steel pipe, it is easy to install, disaaemble and transport by means of moving flange bolt conection, shorten the working time, improve the efficiency,Even broken by external force, the pipes can be repaired or replaced in short time by less manpower.
2. Dredging HDPE Pipe has good flexibility, tensile force, high strength and elasticity, the wall of the pipe can be folded, extruded, not broken by impact of internal and external forces, not broken by impact of internal and external forces, the coonection between the plastic pipes can be bent in the water, 4~8 pipes can be bent 360 degrees, and the anti-wind waves effect is good, conected on land, the area within 30 degrees of concave-convex surface can be connected directly without paving the ground.
3. Dredging HDPE Pipe wear resistance is 4~8 times steel pipe, longer service life, pipe material corrosion resistance, immersion in the seawater for 50years, will not change; anti-ultraviolet, anti-aging, according to the amount of sand content can be used for 5~8 years.
4. The inner and Outter wall of the dredger hdpe pipe is smooth the friction coefficient is very small, the conveying efficiency is 20%~30% higher than that of the steel pipe, the using temperature is 40℃ to 60℃, and it can adapt to the change of the bad climate temperature.
5. Dredging HDPE Pipe in the land or waer for long-term use, the total cost of the project is low, high efficiency, safer and more convenient.
