For trash barriers such as hydropower stations or mountainous rivers, it is recommended to use a two-piece split mesh style for the interception float. The water surface interception can intercept underwater garbage and floating shrubs, branches, and debris, effectively reducing the impact force. To adapt to the installation and use of interception and drainage systems in hydropower stations with large spans over water, it is recommended to use them as positioning points in the middle of the water area when reaching a span of several hundred meters. This will increase the strength of the positioning points at both ends and enhance the overall strength. Between a span of 1200 meters in the water area, the distance should be appropriately extended to increase the length of the fox line, which can not only maintain softness and enhance impact capability, but also facilitate the collection of debris and garbage from upstream in the arc for salvage. It has a reasonable structure, water surface interception and drainage specifications, a tight mesh structure, accurate dimensions, bright colors, and uses long points for interception floats.
The trash barrier is composed of a series of metal rods connected to a rack, erected on the water surface. The size and spacing of the metal rods depend on the type, volume, and quantity of floating objects. In reservoirs with large changes in water level, float type sewage interception and discharge systems are often made into chain type flexible racks, which float on the water surface with the help of floats. In water intake hubs with small changes in water level, fixed float type trash collectors can be used.
