Weishan Xincheng Pipe was founded in 2012 for dredging pipline business.
Xincheng company is located in economic development zone of Weishan county with convenient transportation access. The production base covers an area of 26000㎡ and 1800㎡ buildings and introduces advanced prodcution lines. It employs over 100 people at production base and R&D center, counting on engineers, technicians, trained operators and designers. Zhongtian is a provider of complete and innovative solutions for rotomolding needs. Orange dredging empty pipe floats made by Shandong Xincheng Pipe Co., Ltd., Orange dredging empty pipe floats are made from high wear resistance PE by rotational molding technology. A collar consists of two halves connected by galvanized bolts, nuts and washers. The reasonable structure makes it perform well in tough dredging condition.
Structure Features of orange empty pipe floats
1. Comparted with foamed type collar, empty collars have thicker wall thickness
2. Outer ribs and grooves provide extra strenth to the whole structure.
3. Well sealed.
Empty Pipe Floats for Dredging Pipelines are made from high wear resistance PE by rotational molding technology. Compared with foam type floaters, The empty floats has thicker walls and multiple ribs.

Installation:
The installation of the pipe floats should be used by the plate, bolts and straps are provided from manufacturer. It should be appropriate to loose lead to plastic is not distortion. it should be equipped with double nuts. In installation, we should avoid sharp objects stabbed the dredging pipefloat.
