1. The heating time for molding is too short, and the heat supply is stopped before all the raw material powder is melted, resulting in the heating process ending prematurely, and there is still powder in the product.
2. The wall thickness of the rotational molding mold is too thick or the thermal conductivity efficiency of the mold material is too low, resulting in poor heat transfer efficiency and difficulty in transferring heat into the mold.
3. The temperature control system of the equipment malfunctioned, and the displayed temperature differed from the actual temperature. Although the temperature did not meet the standard, it was displayed as having reached it, resulting in an error in judging the actual temperature and automatically cutting off the heating supply.
4. Due to insufficient molding experience, the pre-set molding heating temperature is too low, resulting in insufficient heat for processing and molding, making it impossible to complete the machining process.
5. The particles of the rotational molding raw material are too coarse, which reduces the heat transfer efficiency between the raw materials, slows down the melting of the raw materials, and greatly exceeds the normal molding time.
6. The combustion heating system of the rotational molding equipment has malfunctioned, resulting in low thermal efficiency that does not match the nominal heat, and insufficient heat entering the heating chamber.
7. The structural problems of molds and products, such as deep concave points where heat is difficult to enter, result in insufficient heat supply to these areas, making it difficult for the raw materials to melt.
