Marine dredging pipe floater is made of two halves floaters and by bolts,nuts and washers connection.
Shell of floaters is made of MDPE and inside filled with PU foam, density*(35kg/cub-40), all our floats are qualified foam filled, and can with stand the force when falling down from the height of 10 m.

The installation method of the dredging float mainly includes the use of factory-supplied pads, bolts and straps, which should be installed to ensure that they are properly loosened and tightened to avoid deformation of the plastic. Double nuts should be used in conjunction with the installation and sharp objects should be avoided to puncture the float. The specific installation steps are as follows:
Prepare installation materials: Use the pads, bolts and straps provided by the factory, which are the key to ensure the float is installed firmly.
Loosening and tightening appropriately: In the process of installation, make sure the floating body is appropriately loosened and tightened to avoid deformation of the plastic or unstable installation due to over-tightening or over-loosening.
Use double nuts: the installation should be equipped with double nuts to increase the stability of the installation.
Avoid sharp objects: Special attention should be paid to avoid sharp objects piercing the float during installation, so as not to damage the float material.
