A life buoy is a type of water rescue equipment, usually made of cork, foam plastic, or other lightweight materials with a low specific gravity, wrapped in canvas, plastic, or other materials.

Editing Appearance
The exterior color of the life jacket should be orange and red, and there should be no color difference.
The surface of the life jacket should be smooth without any depressions or cracks.
A 50mm wide retro-reflective tape should be wrapped around the life jacket evenly at four equally spaced positions around the circumference.
Each life jacket should be marked with its name, manufacturer's name, manufacturing number, manufacturing date and batch number, and the inspection agency's inspection mark.
Size:the outside diameter of a lifebuoy should not exceed 800mm, and the inside diameter should not be less than 400mm.
