Different Color Pipe Float

Different color pipe float are made from high wear resistance PE by rotational molding technology. The shell is made of medium density raw materials with high extrusion strength and excellent toughness, supplemented by anti-corrosion, anti-aging and other materials. The product is produced by the foaming treatment of high-strength polyurethane foam filled in after the one-time molding of rotational molding. The plastic shell is filled with high-strength and high buoyancy polyurethane foam materials. The resin is also added with anti ultraviolet substances, which is full of toughness, hardness, and can withstand natural environment changes and low-temperature attacks. It will not pollute water quality, and can be recycled and reused. The whole pipeline floats once and is formed seamlessly; The structure is reasonable and the performance is excellent, making it a substitute for traditional steel floats as a floating material for floating mud pipes on water.
