Specification of Electric cable float
Cables are placed on the upper part of floats, and dredging pipes are installed in the middle which can work at the same time.
Material: Virgin PE shell with PU foam inside. (emtpy floats withou PU foam also available.)

The warranty of Electric cable float
The warranty period of the contract Electric cable float shall be fourteen (12) months for the float from the Bill of Lading date and thirty-six (36) months for float UV from the Bill of Lading date.
During the warranty period, after confirmation by both parties, if any damage is caused by Seller, the Seller is responsible for replace or repair the floaters for free which don't meet the specification in the signed contract within 03 working days since the Buyer sends the text/email notice to the Seller on the basis of destination port. The Seller will pay all fees relating to the guaranteed goods until the Buyer receives the goods again. If the goods are delivered in multiple deliveries, the Seller will bear all incurred costs.
If the buoyancy is exceeded or the operation is improper, resulting in the rupture of the floaters, the buyer shall pay for repair at their own expense.
Floaters Assemble Process
1.Position One half of floater on the project site
2.Lift the designeated pipe onto the half (Caution: Do not overturn the half)
3. Put the second half on the pipe, make sure all locating slots matched well.
4. Install two bolts on the floater as shown in the picture.Not tighten the bolts
5.Install the remaining bolts on the floater in sequence as shown in the figure below. Do not tighten the bolts. If there is a deviation in the hole position during installation, shake the floater slightly and then install the bolts.
6.Tighen all bolts in sequence as shown in the figure.
7. Installation completed.
