Electric Dredger Cable Floats

• Cables are placed on the upper part of floats, and dredging pipes are installed in the middle which can work at the same time.
• Material: Virgin PE shell with PU foam inside. (emtpy floats withou PU foam also available.)
• Color: Orange, yellow, customized colors
• Inner Diameter:110mm~1200mm
• Wall Thickness: 6~10mm for different sizes

1. New raw material LLDPE (polyethylene)

2. The pipe float is formed in one go without welding seams, easy to install, easy to clean, and has a high level of UV resistance

3. Corrosion resistance, collision resistance, high temperature resistance (80 ℃), freezing resistance (-40 ℃)

4. The float surface is smooth, wear-resistant, and can be dragged on sandy beaches without damage. The product is impact resistant and can fall from a height of three meters without breaking.

5. Service life: 8-15 years, depending on the usage environment.

6. One piece pipe(11.8M) could use 3sets our standard floats, If you want to increase buoyancy, we could design it for you.

The installation of the cable floats requires bolts&nuts and washers for restraint. During installation, the tightness should be appropriate, and plastic should not deform. Sharp objects should be avoided from puncturing the cable floats during installation.
