What should be noted when installing the rotomould onto the rotational machine?

1. Selection of rotational moulding moulds. On the same rotational moulding machine, if the standard is approved, select the same type of mould shell. If you want to produce other products of different types separately, when selecting rotational moulding molds, be sure to ensure that the volume and size of the mold shell to be installed are similar, and the net weight difference does not need to be too different. The thickness requirements for rolling molding products are mostly consistent. In order to prevent the occurrence of brittle dissolution or residual electrostatic powder in the product, the production and processing cycle time needs to be specified differently during the manufacturing of different rotational moulding molds.
2. The spacing between the installation of rotational moulding molds. How many mould shells need to be installed on a mold shell fixed bracket should be calculated, and sufficient spacing should be left in the middle of the mold shells to prevent them from blocking each other, which is conducive to the transmission of warm air and also facilitates mold removal and locking.
3. Balance control of fixed bracket for mould shell. This must be noted. If the fixed bracket is heavy on one side and light on the other, the rotation of the rolling moulding machine will be endangered. Mild cases may cause uneven thickness of the product, while more severe cases may damage the rolling molding machine.
4. Pay attention to the diameter of the rotary moulding machine drying box, and calculate the rotation range when installing the mold, otherwise it will have adverse effects.
5. The fixation of the rotational moulding mold is fixed, and when installing the mold shell, not only should the durability be considered, but also the speed of installation and disassembly should be taken into account.
