Plastic pipe float are made from high wear resistance PE by rotational molding technology. One complete dredging pipe float consists of two halves filled with PU foam which are connected by galvanized bolts, nuts and washers. The reasonable structure makes the plastic pipe float perform well in tough condition.

Two PE shells (filled with closed-cell PU foam ) connected by HDG washers, nuts and bolts.
